Borg Desk Workplace ERP uses a Traffic Light (Red-Amber-Green) system to monitor employee performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This color-coded system provides instant clarity and helps managers take timely action.
Colour Meaning :
Green : ( Score % >= 70) => Meets or exceeds expectations (eligible for rewards/appraisal).
Amber (Yellow) : (50<=Score%<70) = Needs improvement (coaching + 30-day improvement plan).
Red (25<=Score%<50) = Unsatisfactory (formal warning / may affect continuation).
Grey( Score%<25) = Not eligible to work with company or not applicable in the review cycle / Immediate discontinuation with only basic salary remuneration / Only basic pay salary as monthly remuneration / Needs Immediate attention to level up if company is extending opportunity
Performance / Commitment Status Options for Grey Employee-
Not Eligible to Continue with the Company
— Employee’s performance and commitment have not met the minimum standards expected. Continuation of employment is not recommended.
Immediate Discontinuation (Basic Salary Remuneration Only)
— Due to underperformance or policy non-compliance, employment is subject to immediate discontinuation with only basic salary paid as final settlement.
Basic Pay Only as Monthly Remuneration

Needs Immediate Attention to Level Up (Extended Opportunity)
