Borg Desk defines qualification of leads based on Status set in the leads like Leads status :"Junk Lead", "Not Interested" Etc. can be set as unqualified leads & can be removed from follow-up funnel.
Steps to Define Lead Qualification Criteria in Borg Desk ERP:
1️⃣ Login to Borg Desk ERP
Navigate to Sales CRM > Tool Icon on top right
✅ Click on Custom Lead Form
✅ Click on the custom Plus (+) Sign at the extreme right of Lead Status box ( You will be landing to Custom Lead Status Page)
✅ Find check boxes at the Left most column parallel to Lead Status( Do set Lead Status first if not yet done to configure lead qualification)
✅ Tick Mark respective status just under the column name "Qualified Item"
✅ Click on "update" to save the configuration or modification
✔Ensure the criteria are saved and tested with incoming leads.
✔ If lead is not set qualified, Leads can not be visible for follow up eventhough it's been tick mark on followup item.
