Borg chat is also known as “Rapid Action Force” as it is used by customer when reported issue is of Critical priority. Chat allows customer to interact service desk team or help desk team instantly.
All service executive who are online & belonging to “Rapid Action Force” would be shown online to customers with department. Customer can click any of them to have instant communication regarding any update or fast resolution of tickets in case of critical circumstances.
Thus, Chat becomes very effective for customers as a one of the powerful channel of communication. This communication channel enhances trust between company & customers as well as forces customers to remain connected & stayed with company.
