Borg Suite supply chain module facilitates distributor of Product based industries to send current status of generated order to distributor’s registered mobile number.

Borg Suite sends this alert on event of each change update of order status to distributor. It helps a lot to track the status of current active order till the delivery of the same.

There are following status of order set by Borg Suite-

New | Confirmed | Shipped | Invoiced | Received | Approved | Delivered

This is a custom optional configuration done by Borg Suite on request of Enterprise. This SMS is of always less than or equal to 160 characters. This SMS cost might be paid by Enterprise.

Order tracking update Messages format:

“Hello, Product order with Order id- XXXXXXXXXXX has been XXXXXXXX. Kindly login to your dashboard for detailed tracking.”
