How to open Online Ticket? Who can open Ticket?
Tickets can be initiated by either customers or enterprises for customer-reported issues. Customers must log in to the provided login control panel to open their own tickets. Service desk or help desk teams can open tickets on behalf of customers after logging in to their service desk accounts.
There are two ways to open a ticket➖
Step 1➖Visit our website www.kb.borgerp.com.
Step 2➖Click on the Submit Ticket from the Navbar.
Step 3➖Clicking on Submit Ticket opens a Support Desk page as shown below in the image ➖
Step 4➖Enter your Registered Email Id and Password. ( By default the Password is 1234 ) then click on LOGIN.
Step 5➖Clicking on Login Button redirects you to the Customer Support Help Desk Dashboard.
Step 7➖Expand the menu by clicking the toggle button, and then click on the "Open Ticket"
Step 10➖Clicking the "Open Ticket" option opens a form for creating a new ticket. Fill out all the required fields in the form, and then click the "Submit Ticket" button to create the New ticket.
Another Way to Open Ticket ➖
Step 1➖Visit our website www.borgerp.com, and LOGIN to your BORG ERP account.
Step 2➖After LOGIN, click on the Service Desk Module.
Step 3➖ Clicking on "Service Desk" opens the Service Desk Modules Dashboard.
Step 4➖Expand the menu by clicking the Toggle button, and then click on the "Open New Ticket"
Step 5➖Clicking the "Open New Ticket" option opens a new pop-up form. Fill out all the required fields in the form, and then click the "Create" button to create the new ticket.
