How to Upload, Onboard Customer's Details In Bulk from Admin Dashboard?

Step 1 ➖First Login to BORG Suite ERP.

Step 2 ➖Click on the toggle button located in the top left corner of Admin dashboard to expand the menu options.There are a total of 12 menu options available in the BORG Admin dashboard.Click on the Mange Customer Option.

Step 3 ➖Click on the “Yellow Button ” which is on the left top side as shown in the below image ➖

Step 4 ➖Clicking the Yellow button will open a new pop-up window ,as shown in the image below ➖

Step 5 ➖If you don't have a CSV file, click the button named "Click here to download the CSV File."

Step 6➖ Download the sample CSV file, fill in all the details which are in the CSV File, and then upload the completed CSV file. Here's an example of what the sample CSV file looks like ➖

Step 7 ➖If you already have a CSV file, click "Choose File" and upload it and if you want to reset the file click on “Reset” as shown in the below image ➖
Note -
a) Pls make sure Company Name, Contact no & EMail id must be unique & are mandaory. If in nay case you do not have email id, You can proceed with dymmy email id ( Recomend to update later once you are able to collect from customer)
b) Make sure your are uploading CSV ( Comma separated)
c) In case of Individual customer, you can update contact person name in respective company name column.
d) If you are using service desk, Borg Desk recomend to update correct email id as Service desk works based on unique email id otherwise tickets update & customer login won't happen & it may not work for you.

Note - While upload, Pls make sure you have exported (Downlaod) sample file from borg desk only because other than borg desk sample, It may not work & details may overlap or colimn mismatch can happen which will consume huge time to correct & can create unpleasant experince to remove all entries ( may be more than hundreds) so Pls follow step by step guide to do the needful.

Another Way to Manage and Add Customer from Admin Dashboard ➖

Step 1➖Click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the BORG Admin dashboard. This will open a pop-up window. Manage your Customerdirectly from here. Simply click the "Customer icon to access Customer management features.
