How to create new templates for Service Tickets?

Login to borgerp.com
Click on Service Desk, you will land on this url https://v1app.borgerp.com//admin/support/index.php
Click on Templates, you will be redirected to this url / page https://v1app.borgerp.com/admin/support/template.php?p=1

Click on Add New Template, a new window will open .
Fill all details , such as Add a subject to this new Template .Next , you need to put your required description of the concerned Template .

And then save this template.
