How to Create a Task from a Newly Added Ticket in the Service Desk?
Borg implements this feature by which an enterprise or organization raises their query by opening a ticket to resolve it.
Click on Service Desk -> Go to the side menu bar -> click on Open New Ticket -> Fill the Details -> click on Create button - > on the right side top corner + plus is there -> click on Subject from the table --> Backend Team Collaboration and then Fill the details and click on Add new General Task.
