Borg Desk uses 3 type of licenses to buy & activate Borg Desk user accounts. There are 3 type of users Master Admin user, other regular users who login & use modules to work on one or more modules whereas 3rd type is only HRMS users who uses only HRMS to see their attendance, punch attendance, to view their profile & can apply leaves & claim their conveyance to HR or reporting manager for approval.

User or Admin license can be purchased only after login into account from new or existing Master Admin account. Licenses can not be purchased from either user or user with admin rights. Licenses can be bought only from Master Admin Account.

You can purchase a Borg Desk ERP license online easily by following these steps:

 Option 1: Buy License from Borg Desk ERP Workplace
1️⃣ Login to your Borg Desk ERP account
2️⃣ Go to "Cart Icon on top right (on Header)" → "Would be Re-directed to Buy-License Page"
3️⃣ Enter Valid Discount Code If you have "Check if you are eligble for any Offer"
4️⃣ Select the Plan that suits your business needs (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
5️⃣ Choose the number of users / Admin or Both licenses required (Select type of license you want to buy ( Admin / User / Both ) ( In case of both means 1 Admin & give input number of license you want to go for)
6️⃣ Click "Pay Now" to Payment
7️⃣ Complete the payment via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI
8️⃣ Once the payment is successful, your license will be credited in your account automatically

Post-Purchase Steps
✅ Check your email for confirmation & invoice
✅ Go to Settings on right top ( Gear Icon)---> License Info to verify licenses are credited in your account
✅ Go to Users from settings on top once again
✅ Search for users whom to activate License
✅ Go to extreme right of selected / Search User & click on edit to select Valid License from Drop/Down.
✅ Select License & check Expiry date if okey
✅ Click on Update to activate the license for that user now.
✅ Start using your Borg Desk ERP license for seamless business automation.
