Note➖Only Super Admins or Master Admins have the authority to modify User roles to Administrator level.

Step 1➖First Login to BORG Suite ERP.

Step 2➖Click on the toggle button located in the top left corner of Admin dashboard to expand the menu options.Click on the User Management.

Step 3 ➖Clicking on User Management opens a new page where you can view a list of all the User. You can see the User's rights in the Rights column.

Step 4 ➖Click on the Pencil (Edit) button from the Action column.

Step 5 ➖Clicking the Edit button opens a new page for Updating the user. Select "Admin" from the Rights dropdown list and click the Update button to change the User as an Administrator (Admin).
