It can be requested if eligible ( Elegibility - No aactivity must not be done from the account) by Sending request mail to Borg Desk Support team-
However, Make Sure there are no activity Like- Lead Assignment, Order Generation, Invoice Creation, Ticket Assignment etc. from the user account whose name is to be modified. If it's found so, First remove / delete all activities done / pertaining to the user before initiating a request to Borg Desk ERP Support Team.
