Download Captured Inquiries- Captured Inquiries by EduBorg can be downloaded in Microsoft Excel format (CSV). Inquiries can be filtered as per requirement to download based on Date Range & other criteria.

Upload Inquires in Bulk: Inquiries can be uploaded in bulk  in the given format.

Click on "Import CDR" ---------- > Download sample CSV file containing respective named columns ---------- > Arrange bulk inquiries data in the respective column ---------- > Save it in the CSV format ----------- > Browse the file --------- ? Select from the computer -------- > Upload the same.

There are three options given-  1) Import CDR     2) Export CDR     3) Print Inquiry List
