5. How to Set Lead Status, Lead Stages & Lead Funnel in Borg Desk CRM?
Steps to Configure Lead Status & Stages:
✅ Step 1: Go to the Sales CRM Module
✅ Step 2: Navigate to Tool Icon Settings on top right
✅ Step 3: Click on Custom Lead Form
✅ Step 4: Click on the custom Plus (+) Sign at the extreme right of Lead Status box ( You will be landing to Custom Lead Status Page)
✅ Step 5: Enter Lead Label Name & Click on plus (+) Sign to expand input box
✅ Step 6: Enter the custom lead Status name (e.g., "Proposal Sent" or "Pre-Demo Follow-up")( No Limit of Adding Source)
✅ Step 7: Click on Update to save the settings, and the new lead status will be available for selection
Once Lead is captured into Borg Desk, Status keeps changing by salesperson based on conversation and interaction with prospects. Status & tracking logs indicates the complete journey of leads from starting to converted. It helps managers / business owners to analyse conversion possibilities of a lead. Client can also edit or update or add new or remove old one as per business requirement.
