Step-by-Step Process to Track Customer Outstanding Payments
1️⃣ Check Customer Ledger
✅ Navigate to:
✔Accounts Module → Party Ledger
✔Select Customer Name
✔Click View Ledger
The ledger will display all transactions, including unpaid invoices and payments received
2️⃣ View Outstanding Receivables Report
✅ Navigate to:
✔Accounts Module → Debtor List / Receivables
This section shows a list of all unpaid sales Amount
Displays invoice amounts, pending payments, and overdue amounts
3️⃣ Generate Customer Wise Receivable Report
✅ Navigate to:
✔ Accounts Module → Paymnet Followup → Receivables Report
Filter by Customer Name
