What is Click to call feature in Service Desk?

Click to call is latest IVR call feature in BorgSuite Service Desk which enables its user to make a call directly from the Service Ticket to the concerned Client for their respective queries .
Click to Call is available in Edit page of Service Ticket, when we click on Edit icon it gets directed to Ticket Detail page. All client and ticket details are here.
