This system provides a convenient and efficient way for you and your customers to access and secure tickets in a few minutes without any hurdle.
How to Access the New Features for E-Tickets: Electronic tickets (e-tickets) that can be created simply by following 3 simple steps
1.First and foremost your registered email Id is needed for creating Ticket. To facilitate earliest convenience, Registered Email Id of Authority Person can be updated with SPOC Email Id. This helps SPOC Person to create and update Ticket as per their convenience any time.
2.Pls draft and drop a mail with your issues/concern to our Support Email - [email protected]. Instantly a Ticket will be raised as per querry and concern .
3. Your Service / E-Ticket will be raised with all details.
Note :- Pls do not change the subject line of mail. If changed, a new Ticket will be created and new Ticket History will not support last updates of previous ticket.
You can access status of your Tickets from both Customer Login / Support link and Knowledge Base Page which is redirected to Customer Login account
