How to Upload Signature with Stamp, QR Code, and Logo for Invoicing in Borg Desk ERP (Accounts Module)?
In Borg Desk ERP, you can customize your invoices by uploading your signature, company stamp, QR code, and logo. Follow these steps to configure them in the Accounts Module for invoicing:
Step 1: Upload Company Logo
1️⃣ Go to Accounts Module → Tool Icon on Right Top ---> Accounts Module Setting
2️⃣ Click on Upload Logo
3️⃣ Select and upload your company logo (PNG/JPG format)
4️⃣ Click on Update to Save Changes
Step 2: Add Signature with Stamp
1️⃣ Go to Accounts Module → Tool Icon on Right Top ---> Accounts Module Setting → Signature & Stamp
2️⃣ Click on Upload Signature & Stamp
3️⃣ Choose a clear scanned image of your signature with the company stamp (PNG/JPG format, transparent background preferred)
4️⃣ Adjust position & size if required
5️⃣ Click Update to Save Changes
Step 3: Upload QR Code for Payment / Company Details (QR Code Upload is under development & would be updated in our next upgrade)
1️⃣ Go to Accounts Module → Tool Icon on Right Top ---> Accounts Module Setting → → Upload QR Code
2️⃣ Click on Upload QR Code
3️⃣ Select and upload the QR Code (for UPI payments, bank details, or any required info)
4️⃣ Click Update to Save Changes
✅All Above Three can also be upload at a time to avoid doing / uploading / exporting separately.
Step 4: Preview & Test Invoice Format
Once all elements are uploaded, test the invoice by:
1️⃣ Go to Accounts → Invoices
2️⃣ Generate a new Invoice (Won't be affected any existing invoice)
3️⃣ Click Preview Invoice to check how it looks
4️⃣ Make adjustments if needed
✅ Done! Your invoices will now include the Company Logo, Signature with Stamp, and QR Code for professional and compliant invoicing.
