2. Add WhatsApp Lite Details
✔Navigate to Leadofy WhatsApp / Meta Business WhatsApp API > API Key or Token (provided by Borg Desk or partner integration) > Update the details >> Save
✔Now same steps can be followed for configuring / activating Incoming WhatsApp
✔Note : This Configuration is for only automatic outgoing / incoming alerts but not for Push Alert (Sending in Bulk). For Sending Bulk WhatsApp, Push Alerts facilitates separate configuration under tool icon in it.
3. Setup Reply Templates
✔Go to Tool Icon on top of Respective Module Like, Sales CRM, Service Desk etc. >> Tool Icon on Right Top >>> Outgoing WhatsApp Template >>> Create and categorize message templates like:

✔Payment Alerts
✔Ticket Updates

4. Dynamic Tags Inside Template

5. Map Automation Rules
