1️⃣ Go to: Sales CRM → Pending Follow ups → Today's Follow-ups & Past Follow-ups
✔Click on Today's Follow-ups if need to views all follow-ups leads scheduled for today (Displays all overdue for Today)
✔Click on Past Follow-ups(Check Previous Follow-ups Logs) if need to view all older pending Leads which got missed to follow by sales person (Displays all overdue & Older scheduled pending follow-ups)
✔Can be filter upcoming scheduled follow-ups (Displays all overdue & upcoming follow-ups)
2️⃣ Click on "Lead" to manage as required to follow
3️⃣ Use Filters to Find Specific Follow-ups:
4️⃣ Sort by Follow-up Date (Oldest to Newest)
5️⃣ Click on a Lead to View Full Details
