Project Quote Masters & Settings :
Enter Project Quote Detail to be fetched from Settings on Project Print like Company Description / Company Profile (1st Page of Quote) & Project Quote Terms and Conditions ( Project Quote 3rd Page)  Know More..

Step-by-Step Process
1. Login to Borg Desk Workplace ERP >> Go to “Sales CRM”
From the Borg Desk App icon on right top, click on Sales CRM.
Choose Manage Quotations from the left panel >>> Go to Manage Project Quote.

2. Click on plus (+) icon on right top to generate New Quote New Quote.
Select “Create New Project Quote”
Choose Quotation Type: Project (instead of Product or Service)

3. Select / Add Customer / Lead
Search existing customer from dropdown
Quotation Number comes automatically as per set prefix  
Search existing customer from dropdown or Create by clicking on "Add New Project" 
Select Site Location from drop/Dowm
Project Date :  Set Project Quote Date (By Default Current Date)
Write Remarks ( If Any)
Click on Generate Sales BoQ

4. Add Quotation Line Items to be proposed for particular project location-
Add Item based on Location, Site Area, Category on Project based on 
Enter Product/ Item Quantity
Remarks ( If Any)

Auto Fetched (auto-fetch if already saved) details like -
Product Brand Name
Model Number
Unit of Measurement(UOM)
Dimension
Price (MRP)
GST %
Product Description
Email / Mobile
Click Add in Order- To add in the list of line Items to be Quoted to the customer for that particular Location & Site Area
List of all Line Items to be added one by one

5. PDF View & Send Quote
Click PDF View from Action button of that row of Quotation list want to see PDF View
Choose “Send to Customer”
Email Template auto-fills with your company header & branding
WhatsApp message link also available (if integration is enabled)
