How to add or manage tracking Logs or tracking update?
Inquiry Tracking : Tracking based on input by sales person after each conversation or attempt for conversation all about the observations, assumptions & predictions.
Follow following path: Login to EduBorg ---------- > Go to "Inquiry & Followup --------- > Click on "Inquiry Management" -------- > Click on "List / View all Inquiries" --------- > Manage / view inquiries ------- > Click on specific Inquiry's tracking ID ------- > Enter logs in Inquiry tracking log page as shown below-
