What is Holiday Calendar and how to Add, Update and Delete Holiday in Holiday Calendar from Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Module?
A holiday calendar is a predefined set of enterprise holidays that can be established by administrators and viewed by employees within their login control panel.
Step 1➖By clicking the toggle button in the top left corner will expand the full menu, where you'll find an option of "Holidays Calendar." as shown in the below image ➖
Step 2➖Clicking the "Holidays Calendar" option opens a New Page where you can view a list of all the Holidays as shown in below image ➖
Step 3➖Clicking the “+ button” opens a New Pop Up Window where you can Add a Holiday as shown in the image➖
Step 4➖To add a New holiday to the Holiday Calendar, fill in the details such as Holiday Name, Start Date, and To Date (End Date), then click the Submit button. If you want to Reset the detail click on the Reset button.
Update the Holiday Details by following this steps ➖
Step 1➖Click the Pencil (Update) icon to enable the Update option.
Step 2➖To update Holiday details, click the field you want to modify, make the necessary changes, and then click the Save button.
Delete the Holiday Details by following this steps ➖
Step 1➖Click the Trash Bin (Delete) icon to Delete the Holiday from the List.
Step 2➖Clicking the Trash Bin (Delete) icon prompts a confirmation pop-up. Choose "Yes" to delete the Holiday Details, or "No" to cancel as shown in the below image ➖
