How to Edit or delete Customer Details?
Manage Customer easily by following these steps ➖
Step 1➖ First Login to BORG Suite ERP.
Step 2➖ Click on the toggle button located in the top left corner of Admin dashboard to expand the menu options.There are a total of 12 menu options available in the BORG Admin dashboard.Click on the Mange Customer Option.
Step 3➖ Clicking on Manage Customer opens a new page where you can view a list of all Customers.
Step 4➖ Click the '+' button to add a new customer. This will open a form where you can enter their details.
Step 5➖ Fill the details of the Add Customer Form and click on Add Customer to add New Customer.
Step 6➖ Clicking the "+" button allows you to add another shipping address field.
Step 7➖ Click the 'Download (Blue Button)' button in the top right corner to download your customer data.
Step 8➖ Click the “Eye Icon” from the Action Menu to see detailed information about the customer.
Step 9➖ Clicking the 'View Details' icon opens a Pop-up window displaying the Customer's details.
Step 10➖ Click the pencil icon next to the customer in the Action Menu to Update their details.
Step 11➖ Clicking the pencil icon opens a form to edit the customer's details. Update the information you need and click "Update Customer" to confirm the changes.
Step 12➖To add a log for an existing customer, click the "Notes" icon (or "Log" icon) in the Action Menu next to the customer's details.
Step 13➖ Click 'Notes Icon' to open the form and add a customer note. Then, click 'Submit' to save the log.
Step 14➖ If you want to delete any Customer Detail click on the trash bin icon from the Action Menu to delete the Customer Detail which is next to the customer's details.
Step 15➖ Clicking the trash bin icon shows a confirmation message. To delete the Customer Detail, click "Yes." Otherwise, click "Cancel" to cancel the deletion.
Upload Customers Details in Bulk easily by following these steps ➖
Step 1➖ First Login to BORG Suite ERP.
Step 2➖ Click on the toggle button located in the top left corner of Admin dashboard to expand the menu options.There are a total of 12 menu options available in the BORG Admin dashboard.Click on the Mange Customer Option.
Step 3➖ Click on the “Yellow Button ” which is on the left top side as shown in the below image ➖
Step 4➖ Clicking the Yellow button will open a new pop-up window ,as shown in the image below ➖
Step 5➖ If you don't have a CSV file, click the button named "Click here to download the CSV File."
Step 6➖ Download the sample CSV file, fill in all the details which are in the CSV File, and then upload the completed CSV file. Here's an example of what the sample CSV file looks like ➖
Step 7➖If you already have a CSV file, click "Choose File" and upload it and if you want to reset the file click on “Reset” as shown in the below image ➖
Another Way to Manage and Add Customer from Admin Dashboard ➖
Step 1➖ Click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the BORG Admin dashboard. This will open a pop-up window. Manage your Customerdirectly from here. Simply click the "Customer icon to access Customer management features.
Step 2➖ Manage your Customers directly from the Dashboard. Simply click the "Customer" icon to access Customer management features.
