Step-by-Step Process
Step 1 ➖ Login
Login to Borg Desk Workplace ERP using your valid credentials.
From the dashboard, click on the “Sales CRM” App.

Step 2 ➖ Access Product Quote (Quote as PI) Option
Click on the ☰ (Toggle Menu) button on the top-left corner of the Admin Dashboard to expand the side navigation.
Then select “Product Quote (Quote as PI)” → “Generate Product Quote (Quote as PI).”

Step 3 ➖ Open Product Quote (Quote as PI) Page
Clicking “Generate Product Quote (Quote as PI)” opens the page where you can create Product Quote.by updating required information. (This is basically a PI Format which is used to share product quotataion to clients)

Step 4 ➖ Fill Invoice Details
Enter all the required details:
Customer Name :  Select the customer from the dropdown list
Invoice Number :     Auto-generated by system (editable if allowed)
Order By / Order Number :   Add customer order reference
Quote Date & Quote Type :    Mention quotation date and type (Standard / Renewal / Custom)
GST Type :   Choose whether GST is applicable or not
Email ID :   Enter customer’s official email for sending PI
Remarks :   Add any internal or customer note
Payment Mode :    Select from available modes (Bank, UPI, Cash, etc.)
Product & Service Type :    Choose from existing product/service master list
Shipping Address  :   Fill if applicable
Email Content  :   Draft email body for sending quote directly from system

Step 5 ➖ Add Products / Services
To include multiple items:
Click “Add More” ➕ to insert a new row
Enter Product / Service Name, Quantity, Rate, Discount, Tax %, etc. ( Discount & Rates can be picked from product master if Price List is applied with customer)
To remove an unwanted item, click the ❌ (Cross) button at the end of that row.

Step 6 ➖ Generate Product Quote
After reviewing all details and verifying pricing:
Click on “Generate Quote” at the bottom of the form.

The system will:
Auto-save the quotation
Assign a Quote Number (e.g., PI-25-00047) - This will be auyomatically as per settings 
Generate a formatted PDF of the Proforma Invoice / Product Quote
