Managing inventory efficiently is crucial for any business. Borg Desk ERP provides an easy-to-use Stock-IN & Stock-OUT feature to track incoming and outgoing stock transactions. Stock-IN is used to add stock in the warehouse & Stock-Out is used to take stock out from warehouse purposefully. 

Step 1: Access Stock Management
1️⃣ Log in to Borg Desk ERP.
2️⃣ Navigate to Inventory Module → Click on Stock Management ---> Manage Stock-IN / Manage Stock-OUT.

Step 2: Stock-IN (Adding Inventory to Warehouse)

Stock-IN is used when you receive new stock from suppliers, manufacturers, or returns to be added into warehouse.
✔ Go to Stock-IN Section → Click "Create New Stock-IN"
✔ Enter the Supplier Details (if applicable)
✔ Select Product Category / Sub-Category applicable
✔ Select Warehouse where stock will be stored (If Applicable)
✔ Add Products → Specify quantity received
✔ Add Vehicle No & Remarks if any applicable & needed.
✔ Verify & Click "Save" to update stock levels

✅ Stock Levels will be updated automatically in the system

Step 3: Stock-OUT (Reducing Inventory from Warehouse)

Stock-OUT is used when products are sold, transferred, or damaged .
✔ Go to Stock-OUT Section → Click "Create New Stock-OUT"
✔ Select Customer / Distributor ( If Applicable)
✔ Select "Sales Order No" against which product is being taking out or you can also select "Direct Stock Out"  ( Recomend to stock out against sales Order however you can also take out  product directly by selecting another option from drop/down Direct Stock Out if Slaes ordeers are not in practice yet in your business process)
✔ Select Warehouse from where stock will be removed (If Applicable)
✔ Choose Products → Enter quantity being dispatched
✔ Mention Reason (Sales, Damage, Internal Transfer, etc.)
✔ Add Vehicle No & Remarks if any applicable & needed.
✔ Verify & Click "Save"

✅ Stock levels will be automatically reduced based on the quantity removed

Step 4: View Stock Reports & History
✔ Go to Inventory ---> Balance Stock / Stock Transactions/ Locked Stock to see live stock updates
✔ Check Stock Ledger (Stock Management --> Stock Transactions) for complete history of Stock-IN & Stock-OUT transactions
✔ Generate Stock Reports for audits, forecasting, and restocking decisions
