How to Generate Service Quote in Borg Desk Workplace ?
Step 1️⃣ — Login to Borg Desk Workplace ERP
Login using your valid credentials to access the admin dashboard.
Step 2️⃣ — Go to “Sales CRM” App
Click on the Sales CRM icon from the Borg Desk App panel located on the top-right of your dashboard.
Step 3️⃣ — Open “Service Quote” Section
Click on the toggle menu (☰) in the top-left corner of the Sales CRM dashboard.
From the expanded menu, Go to "Manage Quotation" then select “Manage Service Quote” → “Click on Top Right Plus(+)”.
Step 4️⃣ — Fill Service Quote Details
Enter all the required fields such as:
Customer Name
Quote Number (auto-generated by system, e.g., SQ-25-00045)
Quote Date
Order By / Order Number (if applicable)
GST Type (With GST / Without GST)
Service Type / Category
Payment Terms / Mode
Remarks (optional)
Email ID (for sending directly from the system)
Step 5️⃣ — Add Service Line Items
Click ‘Add Service’ to insert a new service item line.
Fill in:
Service Name / Description
Qty / Unit
Rate / Amount ( It will pick Automatically if Price List is attached with the customer)
GST % (if applicable) - Automatically Picked from product master if there
You can add multiple services using ‘Add More’ button.
To remove a line, click on the cross (✖) icon.
Step 6️⃣ — Review and Generate Quote
After verifying all details, click ‘Generate Service Quote’.
The system will auto-generate a formatted Service Quote (SQ-25-xxxxx).
Step 7️⃣ — Download / Email Quote
Once generated, you can:
Preview and Download the quote in PDF format.
Email it directly to the customer from the same screen (If Email Service integration is done & Enabled)
Note:
Prefix settings (e.g., SQ-25-) can be configured under Sales CRM Settings → Quote / PI Prefix.
GST and column visibility options can also be customized as per company policy.
Admin
