How to Update the Lead Status, Add New Log and View the Lead Summary?
Update Lead Status ➖
- For Updating a specific Lead, locate the Pencil icon within its corresponding Action menu and click on it.
- Clicking the Pencil icon opens a form to Update the Lead details. Edit the information and select the New Lead Status from the "Lead Status" dropdown menu. Then, click "Update Lead" to save your changes.
View Lead Summary ➖
- To access the Lead Summary, click the Eye Icon within the Lead's action menu. This will open a Pop-up window displaying the details.
Add New Log ➖
- Click "Add Log Button" to Add a new Lead tracking log.
- Clicking the "Add Log" button opens a page showing the lead's history, including the Previous log, Lead thermometer, and Lead score. You can also add a New tracking log . Update the Lead score as needed and click "Submit" to save the new log.
