How Ticket can be replied or resolution can be posted ?
Ticket Management allows to reply or post resolution of reported issue by customers.
Login to Borg Suite ----------- > Go to “Service Desk” Module------ > Click on “Manage Ticket” --------- > Go to “Action” Column ---------- > Click on “Edit Icon” ----------- > Enter Resolution & Save the same as shown below-
After saving the posted resolution, It would be listed in the ticket history.
