How to Activate & Configure Outgoing Message Templates in Borg Desk ERP?
Borg Desk ERP allows businesses to send automated WhatsApp, SMS, and Email messages for different modules like Sales, Leads, Orders, Support, and Invoicing. Follow these steps to activate and configure outgoing message templates across various modules.

Step-by-Step Guide to Activate & Configure Outgoing Messages:-

Step 1: Navigate to WhatsApp SMS Alert Settings
1️⃣ Log in to Borg Desk ERP.
2️⃣ Go to Admin Panel → Select Modules → Tool Icon on Right Corner.
3️⃣ Click on Modules Settings >> Find WhatsApp Alerts >> Select Activate >>> Update
4️⃣ Now WhatsApp Communication is Activated & Ready for use.

Step 2: Select the Module for Automation to Select WhatsApp / SMS / Email Templates based on the preferred communication mode
You can configure outgoing messages for the following modules:
✅ Leads CRM → Auto messages for new leads, Converted Leads, follow-ups & Other various messages.
✅ Sales Quotation → Send quotes via WhatsApp & Email etc.

Step 3: Activate & Customize Templates
1️⃣ Go To Desired existing one Templates in a Module as mentioned in Step#2  >>> Click Tool Icon on Top Right >>> Outgoing WhatsApp Template
2️⃣ Choose the Template Type in the Left (Template Labels).
3️⃣ Pre-Define the trigger event (e.g., Lead Created, Invoice Generated, Payment Received).
4️⃣ Write the message content, using placeholders like:
{{customer_name}} – Inserts customer’s name.
{{invoice_number}} – Inserts invoice details.
{{payment_due_date}} – Adds payment due date.
{{order_status}} – Includes current order status.
Example - Payment Reminder Template (WhatsApp)
Hello {{customer_name}},

Step 4: Save & Activate Template
1️⃣ Click Save & Activate to enable the template.
2️⃣ In most cases Auto-Send Rules are preset & pre-configured 
3️⃣ Enable Notifications to track sent messages.
