Step-by-Step Guide to Activate & Configure Outgoing Messages:-
Step 1: Navigate to WhatsApp SMS Alert Settings
1️⃣ Log in to Borg Desk ERP.
2️⃣ Go to Admin Panel → Select Modules → Tool Icon on Right Corner.
3️⃣ Click on Modules Settings >> Find WhatsApp Alerts >> Select Activate >>> Update
4️⃣ Now WhatsApp Communication is Activated & Ready for use.
Step 2: Select the Module for Automation to Select WhatsApp / SMS / Email Templates based on the preferred communication mode

1️⃣ Go To Desired existing one Templates in a Module as mentioned in Step#2 >>> Click Tool Icon on Top Right >>> Outgoing WhatsApp Template
2️⃣ Choose the Template Type in the Left (Template Labels).
3️⃣ Pre-Define the trigger event (e.g., Lead Created, Invoice Generated, Payment Received).
4️⃣ Write the message content, using placeholders like:
{{customer_name}} – Inserts customer’s name.
{{invoice_number}} – Inserts invoice details.
{{payment_due_date}} – Adds payment due date.
