How to Set WhatsApp Communication Template in BORG Desk Sales Module?
Setting up a WhatsApp Communication Template in BORG Desk Sales Module helps automate customer interactions like order confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
Steps to Configure WhatsApp Templates:
1️⃣ Go to: Admin Panel → Sales Module ->Tools Icon on Top Right → WhatsApp Templates
2️⃣ Shows List of Tempalte which are set By Default & Can be Re-Write & make functional If Variabls are used appropriately.
3️⃣ Choose the Type of Template:
✔Follow-up Reminders to Sales Person
✔Greeting Alerts to Leads Contacts
✔Lead Converted Messages to Leads Contact
✔Lead Follow-up
✔Custom Message
4️⃣ Define Message Content:
Use Dynamic Fields like:
#customer => {Lead_Name} for personalization
#lead_detail==> {#lead_detail} for Lead Details
5️⃣ Enable Auto-Trigger (Optional) Set conditions for Auto-Sending Messages (e.g., Greeting Alerts, after Conversion Welcome Note, Follow-up Reminders to Sales Team, etc.) Clcik to Learn How to Activate Notifications
6️⃣ Click on Update to Save & Test the Template ✅
Click "Save" and send a test message to ensure formatting is correct.
