Steps to Integrate IndiaMart with Borg Desk CRM :-
Step 1: Get Your IndiaMart API Key
1️⃣ Log in to your IndiaMart Seller Account.
2️⃣ Navigate to CRM Integration / API Settings.
3️⃣ Locate your IndiaMart API Key / Authentication Token (This is needed for integration).
4️⃣ If you don’t have the API key, contact IndiaMart Support to request API access.
Step 2: Log in to Borg Desk CRM
1️⃣ Open Borg Desk CRM Admin Panel.
2️⃣ Go to Settings(Gear Icon) on Top Right → 3rd Party Settings.
3️⃣ Find the option “IndiaMart" Integration and click on it.
Step 3: Enter IndiaMart API Credentials
1️⃣ Enter the IndiaMart API Key you obtained earlier from Indiamart.
2️⃣ Click "Update" to Save & Verify to check the connection.
3️⃣ You can add multiple Accounts in the same way
4️⃣ Now Select Source Label from Drop/Down to Apply the Same & It will be Auto-Saved.
Step 4: Configure Lead Auto-Capturing
1️⃣ Select how you want to fetch leads from IndiaMart (Auto-Sync in real-time or Scheduled Sync).

3️⃣ If everything works fine, activate the integration.
