Manage Your Service with SAC easily by following these steps ➖

Step 1 ➖ First Login to BORG Suite ERP.

Step 2 ➖ Click on the toggle button located in the top left corner of Admin dashboard to expand the menu options.There are a total of 12 menu options available in the BORG Admin dashboard.Click on the Mange Service Option.

Step 3➖ Clicking on Manage Services opens a new page where you can view a list of all your services.

 Step 4➖ Click on '+' button to create a New service.

Step 5➖ Clicking the "+" button opens a pop-up window titled "Add New Service." Fill out the form with your service details and click "Add Service" to create the new service. To clear the form and start over, click "Reset."

Step 6➖ If you can't find the appropriate category for your service in the "Select Any Category" dropdown, click the "+" button to add a new category. This will allow you to create a custom category that better reflects your service offering.

Step 7➖ Fill out the form with your service details and click "Add Service" to create the new service. To clear the form and start over, click "Reset."

Step 8➖To edit an existing service, click the Pencil icon next to the desired service in the action menu.

Step 9➖ Clicking the Pencil icon opens a form allowing you to edit the details of the selected service. Once finished, click "Update Service" to save your changes. To clear your edits and start over, click "Reset."

Step 10➖If you want to delete any service click on the trash bin icon from the Action Menu to delete the service.

Step 11➖ Clicking the trash bin icon shows a confirmation message. To delete the service, click "Yes." Otherwise, click "Cancel" to cancel the deletion.

Another Way to Manage and Add Services from Admin Dashboard ➖

Step 1➖ Click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the BORG Admin dashboard. This will open a pop-up window.  Manage your Services directly from here. Simply click the "Services'' icon to access Service Management Features.

Step 2➖ Manage your Services directly from the Dashboard. Simply click the "Services" icon to access Service Management Features.
