How to Set Up Masters for Generating Sales Quotation in Borg Desk ERP?
To generate accurate Sales Quotations (Sales Quotes) in Borg Desk ERP, you need to set up the required Masters. These include Product Master, Service Masters, Lead Masters, Quote Terms and Price Lists.

Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Up Masters for Sales Quotation
1️⃣ Setup Product Master
✅ Go to Inventory Module > Product Master
✅ Follow Process for Single Product Add or Bulk Product Upload/Import 

2️⃣ Setup Lead Master
✅ Go to Sales CRM Module > Manage Lead Opportunities
✅ Follow Process for Single Lead Add or Upload/Import  in Bulk 

3️⃣ Setup Price List (If Required)
✅ Go to Inventory Module > Manage Price List
✅ Follow Process for Setting up / Managing Price List  

4️⃣Product/Service Category Master
✅ Go to Sales CRM Module > Manage Quotation --> Category Description
✅ Find "Add New Category"
✅ Enter/ Define Category Name (Make Sure It can't be changed later once submitted)
✅ Enter/Updates Category Details which has to be shown in the Quotation (Arranged Text)
✅ Click on "Add Category"
✅ Category Added Successfully

5️⃣Service Masters
✅ Go to Sales CRM Module > Service Description
✅ OR Go to Settings (Gear Icon) on Top Right ---> Find & Click on Services
✅ Follow Process for updating Service Description 

6️⃣Quotation Terms & Conditions (Optional)
✅ Go to Sales CRM Module > Click on Tool Icon on Top Right
✅ Click on Module Settings ---> Find "Enter Quotation Terms"
✅ Enter Product Terms & Conditions in the Given Box & Do set & check with Sample Quote. It needs one time settings
✅ Click on "Update"

7️⃣Quotation Prefix
✅ Go to Sales CRM Module > Click on Tool Icon on Top Right
✅ Click on Module Settings ---> Find "Enter Quotation Terms"
✅Enter Prefix like QUO/24-25/001, QUO/24-25/002.. 001,002 is the sequence which automatically comes, QUO/24-25 is called Prefix which need to be updated here into Given Box with Name "Quotation Prefix"
✅ Click on "Update"
