How to Set Sales Module Settings in BORG Desk ERP?
To configure the Sales Module in BORG Desk ERP, follow these steps:
Steps to Set Up Sales Module Settings:
Login into Borg Desk ERP ----> Go to: Admin Panel → Tool Icon on Top Right---> Module Settings
✅ Configure Notification & ALerts-
✔ WhatsApp Alert Setting: Activate / De-Activate (Activate for Enabling Notification & De-Activate for disabling Notification, By-default It's Deactivated)
✔Email Alert Setting: Activate / De-Activate (Activate for Enabling Notification & De-Activate for disabling Notification, By-default It's Deactivated)
✔Mobile alert Setting: Activate / De-Activate (Activate for Enabling Notification & De-Activate for disabling Notification, By-default It's Deactivated)
✔Email Alert Sender: This is Sender to configure if Email Provider supports otherwise It can be made blank. If this is set, Your client (Mail Recipients) will see it in From email ID.
✔Mobile alert Sender: This is Sender ID approved by DLT System, It's mandatory for using SMS Services in the Borg Desk ERP.
✔Welcome Note Email: Activate / De-Activate (Activate for Enabling Notification & De-Activate for disabling Notification, By-default It's Deactivated)
✅ Missed Call Configuration Settings-
✔Mobile No to receive Missed Call New lead reported Alert: This is part of Missed call alert Service, If you are using Missed call service, Pls update mobile no (DID No / Pilot No)
✔Missed Call Activation Code: If using Missed call Service, It needs to have activate code, Provided by Missed Call provider Company
✅ Daily Lead Summary Configuration & Activation-
✔Email Alert: Activate / De-Activate (Activate for Enabling Notification & De-Activate for disabling Notification, By-default It's Deactivated). This activates to received daily lead summary of email.
✔Email for Receiving Daily Lead Summary: If Above option is activated, It box provides option to update email id on which this daily lead summary to send by Borg Desk.
✅ Sales Quotation Settings (Terms & Conditions)
✔Enter Quotation Details: This box provides space to pre-defined Quotation Terms & Conditions which are displays at the bottom of each Quotation once prepared.
✔Quotation Prefix: This facilitates to set Pre-fix of Quotation number. It will get picked automatically while preparation for reach Quotation. This is static part of Quotation number & another part is automatic sequence number.
Please Note :
✅Notification - Activation will work only if Borg Desk Supreme-Admin has allowed you to use Email / SMS / WhatsApp Notification for your company. If It's not been done, Pls write a mail to [email protected] or Open Ticket from Customer Support Dashboard after Login.
