What are the Inventory / Product / Stock / Order / distributor / supply chain module settings in Borg Desk ERP & How to set them for smooth function in business ?
Module settings are available in every module of Borg Desk ERP which facilitates various settings activation & deactivation to help business owners meet their business requirements. This module setting can be found inside Every module tool Icon ( Which is placed just besides setting icon) & Mostly It's placed at 1st position on every module tool Icon. This tool Icon has list of all module specific Settings whereas Setting Icon ( Which is Gear Icon) consists of all Global settings which are mostly used throughout the entire ERP. Here we are mentioning Inventory Module settings.
Where to find Inventory Module Settings ?
Login to Borg Desk ERP and navigate to Inventory Module under module Listing on right top & the again TOOL Icon on top right in the header.
What are the settings available inside Invnetory tool Icon ?

✔ Module Settings - Thsi allows company's master admin to enable / disable various functions as per their business requirements.

✔ Whatsapp Alert Tempalte - These tempaltes has bydefault content with some variables. Company's master admin can modify static part of these tempalate & can set its variables as per their requirement in any template. Thsi option of setting tempalte is availble inside every module tool icon in the Borg Desk ERP. Click to understand more in details

✔ Prepare Custom Product Form : Customosed product Form as per your business requirement. Click here for creating custom product form fields

✔ Custom Order Status : This option is allowed to set custom order status as per business requirement. This also set to enable notification on order change status. Click to set Custom Order Status

✔ Enable Disable Warehouse : Borg Desk ERP afciliates with Warehouse management up to some extent to meet warehouse settings requirement of its clients. It can be enable or disable if not in use. Bydefault. It's disabled. Click to set Warehousing in the bsuiness

✔Set Stock Thresholds (MSQ & MOQ): Configure minimum and maximum stock levels for each product to automate reordering. This is part of Product Master & has to be there in product master. How to set MOQ & MSQ

✔Define Inventory Locations: Add warehouses, branches, or storage locations. Click here for craeting Warehoue settings

✔Product Pricing Type: This facilitates business owners to upates their product pricing in the product master either with GST or without GST based on their bsuiness requirement or as per their wish. Borg Desk has Two optios there to select Without GST Product Price or With GST Product Price. If you have imported or added product pricing with GST ( Like in case of MRP), you can select With GST Product Price otherwise You can keep other one selected.

✔Vehicle Entry at Multiple Location in a Day: In some businesses allows same vehicle to pick orders from various warehouse location & some want to restrict it. Broardly, Ofently, It's application when heavy vehicle loading happens. Select yes if same vehicle is allowed at two or more warehouse locations othewise keep it No

✔Enable Stock Out if Balance<=0 : It's often used in SMEs & Startups as they sometimes pratcice not to invlouced any order if stock is not available equal or more than required quantity to execute that order. IN this case, Company has to set No or vice-versa. Select Yes if Billing is allowed if stock is Zero or less the order quantity

✔Check customer/distributor credit limit : Select YES if customer credit limit is to be made applicable otherwise keep it NO. Bydefault it's set to NO
