SMS Alert Missed Call 's caller mobile number & company’s sales person mobile number
Alert to Caller Mobile Number:
Borg Suite Sends greeting SMS to mobile number of prospect who gives missed call to enquire about your product & service. This is a custom optional configuration done by Borg Suite on request of Enterprise. This SMS is of always less than or equal to 160 characters. This SMS cost has to be paid by Enterprise.
Example of SMS Content:
“Thanks for contacting us, Our sales executive will catch you soon- Demo India Pvt Ltd”
Alert to company’s designated Mobile No:
This alert lets you know that a missed call has been reported to Borg Suite or captured by Borg Suite to a designated number set by Admin.
Follow instruction to update designated mobile number for this alert-
Login to Borg Suite ------ > Click on “Module Settings” menu in the left side bar -------- > Go to “Marketing & Sales Settings--------- > Update your number --------- > Save your settings
Example of SMS Content:
“Hello, Missed call has been captured by Borg Suite, Mobile no- XXXXXXXXX , Pls login to your dashboard to get details.”
Alert to Sales Person Mobile No:
This alert lets you know that a missed call has been reported to Borg Suite or captured by Borg Suite to a sales person registered number set by Admin.
This alert usually comes in to picture when Missed call number has been set to individual sales person for specific reason based on market segmentation demographically.
Follow Following path to update unique missed call number for for every user-
Login to Borg Suite --------- > Click on “Manage user” menu in the left side bar-------- > Click on Manage User on the top menu ( User list would be shown here) -------- > Go to “Action” Column -------- > Click on “Edit Icon” ---------- > Update “Missed call No” & “Missed call API Code” given by Missed call provider -------- > Save the details as shown below-
