Let's understand Step by Step Basic Setup --
Login to your BORG Sales CRM easily by following these steps ➖
Step 1 ➖ Visit Our website https://borgerp.com/ and you will see the following window ➖
Step 2 ➖ Click on the login button as shown in the image.
Step 3 ➖ After clicking on login button you will see the following window ➖
Step 4➖ Fill the User ID and Password which was given by BORG Team or recevied in your mail & Whatsapp and click on the Sign In button as shown in the image above.
Step 5 ➖ After filling correct details you will be redirected or Common Dashbiard in case of All-in-One or to BORG Sales CRM Dashboard, in case of stand alone Sales CRM module and Here how Sales CRM Dashboard looks like and Here you can see the following details such as ➖
Step 6- Update or manage your Sales CRM Account’s business profile “ easily by following these steps ➖
1 ➖ Click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the Sales CRM Dashboard. This will open a pop-up window. From the pop-up, select "Profile Management." This will open a form where you can Manage or Update your Sales CRM Account’s business profile information.
2 ➖ Update and Manage Your Desired Information ➖
Personal Information: Name, Designation, Date of Birth, Email, and Contact Number
Company Information: Company Name, User ID, Contact Number, Email ID, Password, State Code, GSTIN, PAN No., Company Type, Creation Date, License Key, Expired Date, and Billing Address
Once you've filled in the information, Click on "Update" to save the information.
You can also use following button in case of need-
- Click Reset to clear any changes you've made and start over.
- Click Cancel if you don't want to update your profile at this time.
3. Update Profile Photo ( It must be within the limit of defined Size)
- Click Choose File and select your desired profile image from your computer.
- Click Update to save the changes and upload your photo.
- Click Reset if you don't want to update your profile at this time.
Another Way to Manage and Update Your Sales CRM Account’s Business Profile from Sales CRM dashboard➖
Step 1 ➖ Click the Profile icon in the top right corner of the Sales CRM dashboard. This will open a pop-up window. Manage and Update your Business Profile directly from here. Simply click the "Profile" icon to access All the Profile Management Features.

Step 1 ➖ First Login to Sales CRM.
Step 2 ➖ Click on the toggle button located in the top left corner of Admin dashboard to expand the menu options.There are a total of 14 menu options available in the BORG Admin dashboard.Click on the “ Lead Management. ”
Step 3 ➖ Clicking on the Lead Management opens a table to manage all your leads.
Adding New Leads:
- Single Lead: There are usually two ways:
- Click on the "+" button and fill out a form with details like Company Name, Contact information, Contact Person etc. Then, click on Add Lead to Save the lead.
- Bulk Leads: Borg Sales CRM’s allow uploading leads in bulk using a CSV file. The process typically involves:
- Downloading a Pre-formatted CSV file from the Sales CRM.
- Fill in the details on the CSV file
- Upload the CSV file and then click on upload to Add Leads in bulk.
Downloading Lead Data:
- You can easily download the Leads data by following this steps :
- Go to the " Manage All Leads " section of your CRM.
- Look for an "Export" or "Download" option and click on it to download the Leads Data.

Q 3➖ How to Make your Custom Lead Form?
“ Make Your Custom Lead Form “ easily by following these steps ➖
Step 1➖ First Login to Sales CRM.
Step 2➖ Click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the Sales CRM Dashboard. This will open a pop-up window. From the pop-up, click on the "Setup Option" This will open a form where you can “ Make your Custom Lead Form .”
Step 3➖ Include the Desired fields by choosing "Yes” from their respective dropdowns. If you don't want a field included, select "No" from its dropdown. Additionally, you can make a field Required, Uneditable, or both ( The field is implemented in the form and is also Required ) using the options available in its dropdown menu. Then click on the “ Update ” to save the changes.
Step 4➖ Click the "+" button to add New options for Lead status and Lead source.
Step 5➖Clicking on the “+ button” opens a page to Add or delete the lead Status and lead source.
- Click the "+" button to add a New field. Then, fill in the details
- To remove a field, click the "-" button next to it.
- Then click on the Update button to Save the Changes.
Step 6➖ By default the Custom Lead form is Activated and if you don't want the custom lead form then, check the deactivate checkbox and then, click on update it will deactivate the custom lead form.
Custom Lead Form facilitaes all clients to customised lead Form, Lead Source, Lead Status, Product / Service, Product service Category etc.. or New boxes addition of deactivation of old boxes from Additional form fields. Stnadrad form part of leads form can not be modified however fields can be made mandatory ( Required) or uneditable once form is submitted by sales person.
i) Borg Shows standard form by default however custom lead form can be activated by just selecting actuve button from top of thsi window shown above.

Q 4 How to Manage Qualified Leads?
“ Manage Qualified Leads “ easily by following these steps ➖
Step 1➖ First Login to Sales CRM.
Step 2➖Click on the toggle button located in the top left corner of Admin dashboard to expand the menu options.Click on the “ Qualified Lead. ”
Step 3➖Clicking on the “Qualified Leads” opens a page where you can see a List of all your Qualified Leads.
Borg Desk qualified Leads based on set status & can be managed from Custom Lead Status, All Leads having status ticked ( Check Marked ) in Qualified Items inside Custom Lead Form from right top tool icons & them Lead Status followed by Plus (+) sign & then this page will be displayed to select Qualified Items.
Q 5 How to Update the Status of Lead, Add New Log and View the Lead Summary?

- For Updating or doing edit for a specific lead, locate the Pencil icon within its corresponding Action menu and click on it.
- Clicking the Pencil icon opens a form to Update the lead details. Edit the information, This edit option must not be used for changing status only other information can be updated as per requiresment like, Initially we may or may not have full information for a lead but later can be updated from this option & Then, click "Update Lead" to save your changes.
View Lead Summary ➖
- To access the Lead Summary, click the Eye Icon within the Lead's action menu. This will open a Pop-up window displaying the details.
Add New Log ➖ This is a backbone of enhancing lead conversion. This is being widey used by all customer of borg Desk Workplace. This helps to have full timeline history of lead follow up by sales personnel in the logs. All logs means each actions of sale steam will be available in the form of logs. There are following key actions-
1) Changing of next follow up date ( This reminds to sales person in pending follow ups, Send Whatsapp & Send Mails)
2) Updates stages of leads ( Click for detialed study of lead status)
3) Enter text comment as per latest update from prospect ( This must be in details so that all people down the line can understand your past moves or next moves towards ensuring conversion)

Click "Add Log Button" to Add a new lead tracking log. - Clicking the "Add Log" button opens a page showing the lead's history, including the Previous log, Lead thermometer, and Lead score. You can also add a New tracking log . Update the Lead score as needed and click "Submit" to save the new log.
Logs have to be updated every time when we ahve ny new updates so that all stakeholders can be kept updated all about progress on followup to ensure conversion of leads.
Borg Desk also have provision to press on mic in the extreme right in the new tracking box log which helps to speak & it gets converted into text to save typing time & overcome challange of updation.
