Step 1 ➖ Click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the Sales CRM Dashboard. This will open a pop-up window. From the pop-up, select "Profile Management." This will open a form where you can Manage or Update your Sales CRM Account’s business profile information.
Step 2 ➖ Update and Manage Your Desired Information ➖
Personal Information: Name, Designation, Date of Birth, Email, and Contact Number
Company Information: Company Name, User ID, Contact Number, Email ID, Password, State Code, GSTIN, PAN No., Company Type, Creation Date, License Key, Expired Date, and Billing Address
Once you've filled in the information:
- Click Update to save your changes.
- Click Reset to clear any changes you've made and start over.
- Click Cancel if you don't want to update your profile at this time.
Profile Photo:

Downloading Lead Data:
- You can easily download the Leads data by following this steps :
- Go to the " Manage All Leads " section of your CRM.
- Look for an "Export" or "Download" option and click on it to download the Leads Data.

Step 1➖ First Login to Sales CRM.
Step 2➖ Click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the Sales CRM Dashboard. This will open a pop-up window. From the pop-up, click on the "Setup Option" This will open a form where you can “ Make your Custom Lead Form .”
Step 3➖ Include the Desired fields by choosing "Yes” from their respective dropdowns. If you don't want a field included, select "No" from its dropdown. Additionally, you can make a field Required, Uneditable, or both ( The field is implemented in the form and is also Required ) using the options available in its dropdown menu. Then click on the “ Update ” to save the changes.
Step 4➖ Click the "+" button to add New options for Lead status and Lead source.
Step 5➖Clicking on the “+ button” opens a page to Add or delete the lead Status and lead source.

View Lead Summary ➖
- To access the Lead Summary, click the Eye Icon within the Lead's action menu. This will open a Pop-up window displaying the details.
Add New Log ➖
- Click "Add Log Button" to Add a new lead tracking log.
- Clicking the "Add Log" button opens a page showing the lead's history, including the Previous log, Lead thermometer, and Lead score. You can also add a New tracking log . Update the Lead score as needed and click "Submit" to save the new log.
