How set level of the user in Service Desk?
Set the level of the User for Service Desk easily by following these steps :
Step 1➖Login in to BORG Suite ERP with you Login Credentials.
Step 2➖After a successful login, you will be directed to the BORG ERP Admin dashboard. To configure user privileges, click on the toggle button in the top left corner and select 'Set User Privilege'.
Step 3➖After selecting 'Set User Privilege', you will be redirected to the User Privilege page, where you will find the 'Service Desk' button.
Step 4➖Clicking on the 'Service Desk' button will display a list of users. To set a user's level and department, check the box next to their name, select the desired department from the ‘Department List’ dropdown menu, choose the desired level from the 'Set Escalation' dropdown menu, and then click the 'Update' button to save the changes
