Borg Desk Workplace ERP provides a Traffic Light (RAG) system to track employee and company performance. Here’s how you can access it:

For Users having Admin Rights-
Login to Borg Desk ERP: Access your account using your credentials. Make sure you have the necessary manager or admin permissions to view performance dashboards >> Navigate to Borg Apps Icon on top right >> Find MIS Report for KPIs >>> Go to Founder / CXO Reports >> Click on Reports on right from Drop/Down list of reports  >>> Find & Select Employee Traffic Light

For Users Having only User Rights:
Login to Borg Desk ERP to access your account using your credentials >> Make sure you have the necessary manager or admin permissions for view performance dashboards >> You will directly land on user account dashboard >>> Your Employee Traffic Light must be on user dashboard >>> Here, User can see every employee traffic Light for their reference. 

✅Hover mouse on Respective achieved number under specific departments/module % or team to see detailed performance metrics, scores, and actions associated with each colour.
✅Managers can drill down into KPIs, targets, and improvement plans directly from the dashboard.

Generate Reports (Optional):
Use the reporting tools in Borg Desk to export traffic light summaries or track trends over time for company-wide and individual performance.
