Borg Desk Workplace facilitates marking / punching employee attendance on their own from mobile app by logging in with their user credentials provided by company for logging in mobile app. This is another mobile app called "Borg Desk" for quick access & update of daily routine work like attendance with location which are placed out of its regular mobile app called "BORG ERP" or "Borg Desk Workplace"

Currently this mobile app (Borg Desk for Quick Access like attendance with location) is not available on app however, It's on process for approval by both play store & app store.  Android user can ask support team to provide apk file of this app for now & later It would be available on both android & IOS user. 

✅ Step 1: Open Borg Desk Mobile App (It's separate from Workplace app / Borg ERP App)
Login using your registered user id & password
Go to the HRMS section from top App Icon

✅ Step 2: Expand Sidebar -> Go to Punch Attendance -> Make Sure your GPS location is enabled (If not yet done, Pls slide right on the bar to enable Location on Your Mobile) 

To punch attendance with location:
Turn ON GPS / Location on your mobile too

Give the app location permission (Allow While Using App)
This helps the system capture your accurate coordinates.

✅ Step 3: Go to Punch Attendance
Tap on Attendance --> You will see:
Punch In / Punch Out
Current date & time
Your last punch status

✅ Step 4: Punch In (Start of Day)
Tap PUNCH IN
App automatically captures:
Current Location (GPS)
Date & Time
Device Information

You will get a confirmation message:
“Attendance Marked Successfully”

✅ Step 5: Punch Out (End of Day)
At the end of work, open the app again
Tap PUNCH OUT
System captures exit time + location

✅Attendance History
You can view:
Daily punch details Working hours
Late/early status
Monthly attendance calendar
Go to: Expand Sidebar menu -> View Attendance

1. Selfie Attendance
Some companies enable Face/Selfie Verification:
Tap Punch In
Click a selfie → Submit
Location + image are logged together.

2. Geo-Fence Attendance
If your company has geo-fencing:
You can punch attendance only within the defined office radius
If you are outside the radius, the app shows:
“You are outside the allowed location”
