Borg allows the admin and user to add a new AMC for a particular enterprise which increases the finance of the enterprise.
Click on Service Desk -> Go to the side menu bar -> click on Add New AMC -> Fill all the details - > click on Submit Contract
In BORG when we call a contact person of that lead a particular status generated is displayed in lead status.
Click on Marketing & Sale -> Go to the side menu bar -> click on Manage All Leads -> in lead Status we can view IVR Status like the answer.
IVR is a newly implemented feature in BorgSuite at Profile & Settings here we set API KEY as per our BORG module.Click on Profile & Settings -> Go to IVR settings -> click on it -> change the key -> click on Update button .
Due to these parameters of the Lead score, we rated every lead and its weightage.
The parameters of Lead Score are given as
Lead Name - ( 1)
Lead Contact - (2)
Lead Email - (1)
B- Budget -(2)
T-Time Frame- (1)
The status which we update in BORG for any lead in custom lead status that particular status shows in Qualified leads menu which we checkmark as qualified leads.
Click on profile & Settings -> Go to Custom Set up Option -> in select lead status click on + sign -> click on Checkbox of Status -> click on Update button.…
