How to do CRM Payment & Account Activation from Main BORG Desk Workplace Admin Account ?

CRM Payment & Account Activation from Main BORG Desk Workplace Admin Account  

1. Who can make the payment for CRM services ?

Only the Main Admin of the account is authorized to initiate and complete payments for CRM services. Payments made from the Main Admin account ensure proper activation and uninterrupted access.
2. How do I make a payment for CRM from the Main Admin account?

To make a payment:

  1. Log in to your Main Admin account.

  2. Go to Billing / Subscription / Payments section.

  3. Select the applicable CRM plan or pending Proforma Invoice (PI).

  4. Click on the Rupee (₹) icon or Pay Now option.

  5. Complete the payment using the available payment modes.

3. When will my CRM account get activated after payment?

Once the payment is successfully completed:

  • The CRM module is activated automatically.

  • Access is enabled as per the selected plan.

  • In most cases, activation happens immediately or within a short processing time.

4. Can a non-admin user make the CRM payment?

No. Non-admin users cannot make payments. Payment option is not avaialable in User Account so ,Payments must be done strictly from the Main Admin account to avoid delays or activation issues.
5. Where can I find my Proforma Invoice (PI) and Tax Invoice?

From the Main Admin account:

  • Click on the ₹ (Rupee) icon.

  • You will see options to download:

    • Proforma Invoice (PI)

    • Tax Invoice

  • Once payment is completed against a PI, the Tax Invoice is auto-generated automatically instantly ?

6. What happens if payment is not done on time?

If payment is delayed:

  • CRM access may be restricted or Account Suspension Notice .

  • Account status may change to Account Suspension Notice .

  • Services can be resumed immediately after successful payment.

7. Is payment required for plan upgrades or additional CRM users?

Yes. Any of the following actions require payment from the Main Admin account:

  • Plan upgrades are there > Starter Plan / Growth Plan / Elite Plan / Enterprise Plan

  • Adding new CRM users/licenses will be done by changing the Plan Type & thus Billing amount will be changed accordingly.

  • Activation for these changes happens only afterchanging the Plan Type . If Plan type to be changed , pls drop a mail to [email protected] . Support Team will do the needful after that you can buy Licenses directly from your Admin Account.

8. How can I check the payment status?

The Main Admin Borg Desk Workplace account can check it on View Invoice Detail page (₹ (Rupee) icon):

  • View payment status under View Invoice Detail ₹ (Rupee) icon for Pi & Ti Billing.

  • Invoice Number Invoice Date Due Date Description Invoice Amount Due Amount Status Action Invoice Tax Invoice
  • Ti will be soon reflecting once Pi is paid from Admin Account which later turns to Green colour and marked as Paid .

  • Once Pi is paid, there in extreme right Ti is available to export . 

9. What should I do if payment is successful but CRM is still not active?

If CRM is not activated even after payment:

  • Log out and log in again.

  • Check the payment status under Billing.

  • Contact Support with payment reference details for quick resolution.

10. Whom should I contact for payment-related support?

  • Account name

  • PI number

  • Payment reference/transaction ID with Date
