What details do I need to get registered as Official Partner with Borg Desk Workplace , India's First Business Operating System ?

A Partner Account in BorgDesk Workplace allows authorized partners to onboard clients, manage licenses, purchase subscriptions, and provide first-level implementation and support services.
1. What details do I need to get registered as a Partner Account with a BORG Desk Workplace ?
To get registered as Partner Account, the following information must be there before hand .You need to provide:

  • Company Name – Legal or registered business name
  • Full Brand Name – Complete branding name to be displayed
  • Small Level (Brand) – Short brand code (maximum 6 characters)
  • Company Address – Registered or operational address
  • Domain URL – Official website or domain (if applicable)

2. What partner identification details are required?

  • Partner ID – Unique ID  will be assigned to your partner account by BORG Desk Support Team
  • Password – Login password will be shared  for the partner account , once created by BORG Desk Support Team 

3. What contact person details are required?

Details of the authorized partner representative:

  • Contact Person Name
  • Contact Number
  • Email Address (used for login, communication, and notifications). 
  • Partner Logo upload rules:
    • Allowed formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP
    • Maximum file size: 1 MB
    • Used for branding across partner dashboards and documents

4. Who can create a Partner Account?

  • Only authorized Admin / Support Team  of BorgDesk Workplace 

5. What happens after the Partner Account is created?

  • Partner can log in using Partner ID & Password
  • Partner can:
    • Purchase licenses
    • Create and manage customer accounts
    • Assign licenses
    • Coordinate onboarding and support as per SOP
