Borg Suite offers API to pull Missed call details from IVR system. API pulls caller Number, Missed call number & API Key. API key is provided by IVR (Missed call) provider. API can be found from sales & Marketing module of Borg Suite after login to the account. Borg facilitates per user separate missed call number if your business is required. Now question is how to activate missed call number?

Login to Borg Suite --------- >Click on side menu “Manage User” -------- > Manage user -----> go to action column -------- > click on edit icon of action column --------- > These is a option to add Key provided by Borg Suite -------- > Enter key --------- > Click on “update user”
