1. What is WhatsApp Lite in Borg Desk?
✅WhatsApp Lite is a lightweight communication tool built inside Borg Desk ERP for:
✅Sending quick replies to leads or clients
✅Automating reminders, greetings, and updates
✅Using predefined templates manually or semi-automatically
(No API approval or high-end integration needed)

2. Template Management Dashboard
Users can:
✅Create and edit message templates
✅Categorize by Applying Name/Label: Lead, Payment, Ticket, Promotion, etc.
✅Add dynamic placeholders like #Name, #Amount, #Due Date, etc. (You will find all available variables under User Guidance at the bottom of Manage Outgoing Templates under Tool Icon of every module.
✅Store templates in a shared library for all team members
