✅ 1. Confirm Your Biometric Device Supports Export/API

Choose a biometric attendance device/system that can export attendance logs (check-in/out times) eith modern devices from brands like ZKTeco, eSSL, etc. support this.

✅ 2. Enable Attendance Integration in Borg Desk Workplace

Borg Desk’s HR/Attendance module supports integration with biometric machines via their APIs. This means attendance logs can be fed automatically into Borg Desk’s attendance register so your Workforce account updates in real time without manual entry. 
Click on HRMS Module tool icon to access the Biometric Attendance Machine Settings .

Biometric attendance integration is supported — you can connect a biometric system so that attendance is captured automatically inside the HRMS. 
✅ 3. Map Employees Between Systems

In your biometric device’s management console and Borg Desk Workplace:

• Ensure each employee has the same unique identifier (like employee code or ID) in both systems.

• This is critical so beacon events from the biometric hardware match the right employee in Borg Desk.

The common way to send data from your biometric system to Borg Desk:is  API Integration 

• Your biometric device or biometric middleware pushes attendance logs via API into Borg Desk Workplace.

  Click on Bio metric Device Configuration 
  Next , page is  redirected to a page with details to be filled in .

• Once Connection updated . This method gives you near real-time attendance sync and removes manual steps.
