The Loan Ops module is used to manage loan-related information and operations, including customers, loan accounts, loan products, sourcing channels, banks, and other loan details.

How can I access the Loan Ops module?

To add a new Loan Account in ERP, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to ERP and go to the Modules section.
  2. Select Loan Ops (Loan Operation).
  3. Open the Loan Register from the Loan Ops sidebar.
  4. Click on Add Loan Account.
  5. Select or enter the required Customer Details.
  6. Add the Sourcing Channel and other required loan information.
  7. Add the Co-Applicant details, if applicable.
  8. Enter the required Loan Account and loan-related details.
  9. Check the entered information and click Save.

Can I add a Co-Applicant?
Yes, you can add a Co-Applicant to a loan account in the Loan Ops module.
To add a Co-Applicant:

  1. Login to the ERP and go to the Modules section.
  2. Select Loan Ops (Loan Operation).
  3. Open the required Customer/Loan Account from the available records.
  4. Click on Add Details or open the existing customer details.
  5. Find the Co-Applicant option in the customer/loan details.
  6. Enter the required Co-Applicant information.
  7. Review the entered details and save the information.

The Co-Applicant details will be linked with the respective customer/loan account and can be viewed along with the loan details.

  • Drop Line – A loan facility where the available limit may reduce as per the repayment schedule.
