How to Stop Incoming WhatsApp Leads in BORG Desk Workplace ERP ?

BORG Desk Workplace ERP provides an option to activate or deactivate incoming WhatsApp lead generation through third-party integration.

Steps:
1. Navigate to the WhatsApp Incoming Integration page in your BORG ERP account.
2. Locate the option to activate or deactivate incoming lead generation.
3. Set the option to Yes to automatically generate or to stop a Auto lead generation whenever a WhatsApp message is received.
4. Deactivate the option to NO to stop automatic lead generation from incoming WhatsApp messages.

Note: This setting controls automatic lead generation through WhatsApp integration. It does not necessarily stop incoming WhatsApp messages themselves.
