Set User Privilege easily by following these steps ➖

Step 1➖First Login to BORG Suite ERP & Change Rights from regular user to Admin from User Management if not yet done for that particular user  Click here for Reference  After doing this only admin can be made to access separate modules as admin right. Pls make sure, If regular user is not set as admin in the user management account, This user won't be listed anywhere as admin to assign admin right for modules.

Only changing rights from regular user to admin, won't work as admin for any modules untill it's defined admin access for any module/s from user privilege as given in below futher steps.

Step 2➖Click on the toggle button located in the top left corner of Admin dashboard to expand the menu options.There are a total of 12 menu options available in the BORG Admin dashboard.Click on the Set User Privilege.

Step 3➖Clicking "Set User Privileges" opens a page that displays a list of all users and their current Module access. Here, you can manage User permissions by assigning access to various modules, including:

1. Module Access 
2. Service Desk
3. Marketing and Sales 
4. Manage Admin Rights

Step 4➖Assign Module Permissions for which module you want to grant admin access rights for that particular module. to User by:

1. Selecting the checkboxes next to each Userfor the desired modules to grant permission.
2. Unchecking the checkboxes next to each User for modules to remove permission, and
3. Click "Update" to save the changes.

If you want to Grant Administrative rights to a User, follow these steps ➖

Step 1➖Clicking the "Admin Right" button on the User Privileges page opens a list of users with administrative rights.

Step 2 ➖Manage Admin Rights to users by:

1. Selecting the checkboxes next to each User for the desired modules to grant permission.
2. Unchecking the checkboxes next to each Userfor modules to remove permission, and
3. Click "Update" to save the changes
