Integrating Meta WhatsApp Business API (BWA) via Interakt with Borg Desk ERP enables seamless two-way communication, allowing businesses to send automated messages, respond to customer inquiries, and manage conversations efficiently.

Steps to Integrate Interakt (Meta WhatsApp API) with Borg Desk ERP:-

Step 1: Get Interakt API Credentials
1️⃣ Sign up for an Interakt Account at Interakt(If Not Yet Signed UP)
2️⃣ Use URL https://www.interakt.shop for Signin / Signup 
3️⃣ Go to Settings → API Key & Webhook in the Interakt Dashboard.
4️⃣ Find your Interakt API Key / Access Token.
5️⃣ Copy the API Key to update in the Borg Desk Account

Step 2: Enable WhatsApp Integration in Borg Desk ERP
1️⃣ Log in to Borg Desk ERP Admin Panel.
2️⃣ Navigate to Settings(Gear Icon) on Top Right Corner → 3rd Party Settings → 
3️⃣ WhatsApp Incoming Integration & WhatsApp Integration(Out Going Messages)
4️⃣ Select Interakt (Meta WhatsApp Business API) as the service provider.

Step 3: Configure API & Webhook in Borg Desk ERP
1️⃣ Paste the Interakt API Key into the respective field.
2️⃣ Enter the Webhook URL on Interakt provided by Borg Desk Support Team.
3️⃣ Click "Submit" to Save & Verify to ensure the connection is working.

Step 4: Configure Incoming & Outgoing Message Automation
1️⃣Now Incoming WhatsApp has already been integrated into Borg Desk in every Modules.

2️⃣Similarly Outgoing WhatsApp Templates have been made available with default content in every modules Tool Icon Settings.

Step 5: Test & Activate Integration
1️⃣ Send a test WhatsApp message to your business number.
2️⃣ Check if the message appears in Borg Desk ERP.
3️⃣ Test Automated Outbound Messages by creating a Sales Quote, Invoice, or Order etc.
4️⃣ Once verified, Start Using the integration.

A. 4 Step - Goto profile - - - - > Developer Setting

Copy the  “secret key” >> Open ERP  >> Go to settings >> 3rd party integration >> Whatsapp Integration & Whatsapp Incoming Integration >>  Update the secret key.

Open the intrakat Dashboard go to the side navigation bar then developer settings
